Technical aspects
At the beginning of the music video, the extreme wide shot shows Yoona walking toward the stone. When Yoona picks the stone up, it suddenly flows and changes into a ruby color ( this is a special effect ). The ruby starts to turn, the transition moves to other sets, where lots of rose petals fall down. Appearing in the scene Yoona has shallow focus when the camera only focuses on Yoona's hand holding up to letting petals fall down. Then it zoomed out to show Yoona’s face. There is a camera movement that moves 360 degrees around 4 members, with 4 members frozen while the camera moves.
The transition for the set when the song sounded is good. They use the rose petals to cover the lens and switch to the other set. The backlight is harsh and makes all the members in shadow. The key light is also at the back of members. There is cross-cutting in the scene of full members and close-ups of each member in other sets. The intro has edited the camera position from an extreme wide shot to a wide shot, zoomed in the leg and then zoomed out to show full bodies of members, switched to the left position then zoomed out to a high-angled view.
When each member part comes, the camera focuses on her in the full member's scene and cross-cutting her in her solo close-up scene.
When the dance chorus, the camera tilted from high-angled to lower views. They also use low-angled to show the leg choreography.
When changed to the rose petals set, the members take slow motion when they turn to the camera.
The transition they use light to shine the camera and switch to another set (the outside from the start of the music video) is smooth. The panning moving left to right shows the choreography of members sitting down. There is some slow motion when Yuri throws the fake snow on the ground to the camera.
When dancing, the camera has different views from left high-angled, low-angled, wide shot zoom out to extreme wide shot, from right medium wide shot.
At the end, they take a video of the white bird yet they are also shallow. It focuses on the rose petals that are falling down. Then zoomed out to show the whole group that was standing.
The outfits of the members are inspired by the concept of each fairy tale character that they act. In the dancing scene, they wear black and white outfits showing they are powerful and not afraid of any boys.
